1 Tbsp Lime juice

Replace the lime juice with lemon juice for a different flavour. If not eating the dip immediately, cover and chill until ready to serve.

Preparation steps

1.
Cut the carrots in half lengthways, then cut them into equal sized sticks.
2.
Cut the celery into equal sized sticks. Put the vegetables into little serving dishes.
3.
Peel away the avocado skin and remove the stone. Roughly chop the flesh and put into a food processor or blender with the soured cream and lime juice. Blend together until smooth.
4.
Spoon the avocado dip into small dish and garnish with the cherry tomato halves.
