- For the herb dip
- 2 ¼ cups Mayonnaise
- 2 sprigs parsley (finely chopped)
- 12 Chives (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsps Caper (chopped)
- For the avocado dip
- 2 Avocados (peeled and stones removed)
- 2 scallions (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- dried Chili flakes
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- juiced Limes
- For the blue cheese dip
- 1 ⅓ cups Blue cheese (mashed)
- 1 ⅛ cups Sour cream
- raw Vegetables (to serve)
