- For the skewers
- 800 grams ground pork
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp chopped mint
- 1 bunch cilantro (about 40 grams or 1 1/2 ounces)

- ½ tsp ground paprika
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 sprigs Lemongrass
- breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil (for fying)
- For the salad
- 300 grams Peas (frozen)
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 50 milliliters Broth
- 4 Tbsps Vinegar
- salt (and)
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- For serving
- 6 Pita bread
- Mint yogurt

Preparation steps
1.
For the skewers, place the ground pork in a bowl. Peel the garlic, finely chop and mix together with the meat, egg, breadcrumbs and mint. Pluck the coriander leaves and chop coarsely. Season with salt, paprika and pepper.

Divide the meat mixture into 4-6 portions and press around the lemongrass stalks. Coat in breadcrumbs and fry in plenty of hot oil for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.

Thaw the peas. Peel the onion, cut in half and then into strips. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Cook the garlic in oil and pour in the peas and broth. Simmer for about 3 minutes, season with vinegar and mix in the parsley.
4.
Serve the salad on top of the flatbread and top with a skewer. Serve alongside the yogurt sauce.
