150 grams cooked ham
½ Cucumber
Lettuce
2 button Mushroom
1 tablespoon butter
salt
freshly ground peppers
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 Pita bread (each 70 grams, for home baking)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut ham into strips. Rinse cucumber and cut into slices.

Separate lettuce leaves, rinse and pat dry. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

3.

Heat oil in a pan and fry mushrooms about 2 minutes over high heat. Season with salt and pepper and remove from pan. Mix ham with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Bake pita bread according to package directions. Fill with lettuce, cucumber slices, mushrooms and ham salad and serve.
