- 1 onion
- 400 grams Tomatoes
- 3 Zucchini
- 200 grams Mozzarella
- 700 grams mixed Ground meat
- 2 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 200 grams Crème fraiche
- 2 eggs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 200 grams Mozzarella
Preparation steps
1.
Peel onion and chop finely. Rinse and slice tomatoes. Rinse zucchini and grate coarsely with the vegetable grater. Cut mozzarella into slices.

Heat oil in a pan and saute onion until soft. Add ground beef and saute until crumbly. Stir in tomato paste and season with salt and pepper. Add zucchini and mix well.

Whisk eggs with cream fraiche until smooth and season with salt.

Butter gratin pan and spread ground meat mixture in it and smooth. Pour egg mixture over and layer tomato and mozzarella slices on top. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
