- For the pizza base
- ¾ oz Yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 ⅔ cups Bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- For the topping
- 3 ⅓ cups lean Ground beef
- olive oil cooking spray
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
- salt
- peppers
- 2 cups canned Tomatoes
- 1 ⅓ cups Goat cheese (crumbled)
- 2 Tbsps black Sesame seeds
- To garnish
- 2 Red onions (cut into rings)
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps
1.
For the base: mix the yeast with the water and sugar.
2.
Put the flour into a mixing bowl and add the yeast mixture with the salt and olive oil and knead to a pliable dough. Cover and leave in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour.

For the topping: Spray a frying pan with oil and fry the mince, breaking it up to brown right through. Add the garlic and season with salt and pepper.
4.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
5.
Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface.

Roll out the dough and place on the baking tray. Spread with the tomatoes and then the mince mixture and season with pepper.
7.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Scatter the pizza with the crumbled cheese and sesame seeds and bake for a further 5 minutes.
8.
Scatter the onion rings, parsley and salad leaves on top of the pizza.
