1 Tbsp yellow Curry paste
400 grams Coconut milk

Preparation steps

Rinse broccoli and divide into florets. Cook broccoli in salted boiling water, about 4 minutes. Rinse and let drain. Peel and slice carrot, then blanch in salted boiling water. Peel mango and cut fruit away from pit. Dice fruit.

In a pan, fry ground beef in olive oil until crumbly and browned. Add vegetables sauté briefly. Stir in curry paste and cook briefly. Add coconut milk and cook until heated through. Add diced mango and cook briefly. Season with pepper and curry powder to taste.
