2 ½ Tbsps olive oil
2 red peppers (sliced)
1 yellow pepper (sliced)
1 small onion (sliced)
2 cups Broad bean
1 Tbsp tomato puree
25 ozs Tuna steak (cut into four steaks)
salt
freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the grill to hot. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large saute pan set over a moderate heat until hot.
2.
Add the peppers and onions with a pinch of salt, sautéing for 5 minutes until soft and starting to colour. Add the broad beans and cover the pan with a lid.
3.
Cook for a further 3 minutes and the stir in the tomato puree. Cook for a further 2 minutes, uncovered, and then season to taste.
4.
Season the tuna steaks and arrange on a grilling tray. Drizzle with the remaining oil and grill for 5 - 7 minutes, turning once, until coloured and firm to the touch with a little spring to them.
5.
Serve the steaks with the bean and pepper medley on the side.
