- 300 grams Broad bean (fresh or frozen)
- salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 6 slices Ciabatta
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped mint
- freshly groun peppers
- freshly grated Parmesan (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Blanch fava beans in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes and drain. Peel and finely chop garlic. Mix together garlic with oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and honey. Let sit at room temperature.

Preheat the broiler.

Cut bread into slices and toast under the broiler until golden brown on both sides, about 1-2 minutes.

Mix together fava beans, vinaigrette, and mint. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the fava bean mixture onto toasted bread and serve garnished with Parmesan.
