- 4 Swordfish fillet (about 8 oz)
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- 12 small red potatoes (cooked)

Preparation steps
1.
Brush potatoes with oil and thread onto 4 skewers. Grill until lightly browned.

Rinse fish and pat dry. Sprinkle fish with lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Lightly brush fish with oil. Place on grill and cook 2-3 minutes per side.
