4 Swordfish fillet (about 8 oz)
1 Tbsp Lime juice
3 Tbsps olive oil
salt
peppers
12 small red potatoes (cooked)

Preparation steps

1.

Brush potatoes with oil and thread onto 4 skewers. Grill until lightly browned.

2.

Rinse fish and pat dry. Sprinkle fish with lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Lightly brush fish with oil. Place on grill and cook 2-3 minutes per side.
