Grilled Sweet Potatoes
The grilled sweet potatoes are full of secondary plant substances that protect the body's cells and counteract premature ageing processes. The potassium from the sweet potatoes balances the body's fluid balance, stabilises blood pressure and can help with stress.
Preheat grill. Rinse sweet potatoes and cut into slices 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick. Place sweet potatoes on grill and cook each side for 8-10 minutes. Season after turning with sea salt and pepper to taste. Serve garnished with fresh garden herbs.
