4 scallions
1 Apple
2 Tbsps Orange juice
2 Tbsps sherry
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsps soy sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse duck, pat dry and season the inside with salt and pepper.

2.

Trim scallions, rinse and cut into rings. Peel apple, core and cut into eighths. Fill the duck. Sew together with thread and put on a spit.

3.

Mix orange juice, sherry, honey, soy sauce and cayenne pepper together and brush the duck.

4.

Cook on preheated grill about 60-70 minutes, periodically brushing with marinade. Serve.
