400 grams Cherry tomatoes (stems attached)
3 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
4 Steak
4 Bread
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 slices Goat cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Rinse the tomatoes and place in a baking pan. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.

Peel and mince the garlic. Whisk together the remaining olive oil with the lemon juice and minced garlic and coat the steaks in the mixture. Grill the steaks on a preheated grill for about 2 minutes per side, depending on the desired level of doneness. 

3.

Toast the bread on the grill until crisp. Top each with a slice of goat cheese. Season the steaks and toast with salt and pepper. 

4.

Arrange the steaks and goat cheese toast on plates and top with the roasted tomatoes. Serve with whole grain mustard, if desired.
