Toast with Pork Steaks, Tomatoes, and Cheese
Mix oil with herbs and season with salt and pepper. Brush steaks with herb-oil. Rinse and slice tomatoes. Crumble feta. Cut mozzarella into slices.
In a pan, sear steaks about 1 minute per side.
Toast bread slices.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place steaks on foil and top with tomatoes, feta cheese and mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (approximately 475°F), about 4 minutes.
To serve, spread toast slices with butter, layer with lettuce leaves and top with steaks.
