Ingredients
- For the steaks and potatoes
- 4 Sirloin steak (each around 150 grams) (approximately 5 ounces)
- Sea salt
- cold-pressed olive oil
- 500 grams potatoes
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Lemon wedge
- For the lobster
- 2 lobsters (each around 500 grams) (approximately 18 ounces)
- 40 grams clarified butter
- 3 Tbsps salt
Preparation steps
For the lobsters: Bring 4 liters (approximately 17 cups) water to a boil and season with salt. Cook the lobsters for 4 minutes each. Transfer the lobsters to a clean cutting board, remove the tails and claws. Remove the meat from the shells, discard any cartilage and devein the tails.
For the potatoes: Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces. Coat with 3-4 tablespoons olive oil and roast in a preheated oven (convection 200°C) (approximately 400°F) for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cut the lobster tails in half and cut the claw meat into pieces. Drizzle with the melted butter and grill until cooked to your liking.
Grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking, then season with salt and pepper and drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil. Serve the steak, lobster and roast potatoes on serving plates. Garnish with lemon wedges and lettuce, if desired.
