- 24 shrimp
- 4 Corn
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 500 grams starchy potatoes
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- ground paprika
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps
1.
Coat corn with melted butter, sprinkle with salt and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

For the fries, peel potatoes, cut into sticks and blanch in hot water. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Cook in hot oil until golden brown for about 4–5 minutes. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt and paprika.

Peel shrimp down to tail, rinse and pat dry. Mix soy sauce, honey and oil and add shrimp. Cover and let marinate for about 1 hour.
4.
On the grill, grill shrimp on each side for about 2 minutes.
5.
Serve all components together on a plate with various salads and dips,as desired.
