- 10 garlic cloves
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 mid-sized, kitchen-ready Sea bream
- lemons (juiced)
- 8 sprigs thyme
- 1 bunch parsley
- olive oil (for grilling)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel garlic, cut into slices and season with salt.
2.
Rinse sea bream, pat dry, and season inside and outside with lemon juice.
3.
Season fish lightly with salt and pepper and fill inside cavity with 2 slices of garlic, thyme and parsley stems. Score fish on 1 side several times diagonally and insert the remaining slices of garlic into the cuts. Brush with oil, place on a preheated barbecue and grill about 8 minutes.
4.
Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
