4
Salmon steaks (skin-on, each about 200 g)
2
freshly ground Pepper
½
red Onion
1 handful
1
4 tablespoons
coarse Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the salmon and pat dry. Cut one lemon into slices, and squeeze the juice from the second. Drizzle the salmon with a little lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

2.

Peel the onion and slice into rings. Rinse the dill, and finely chop the leaves. Pass the garlic through a press into the oil. Drizzle the salmon with the oil, and cook on a hot grill for 6 minutes per side.

3.

Place the salmon on plates, and top with the dill, sea salt, and onion rings. Garnish with the sliced lemons and serve.
