- 800 grams onions
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
- 150 milliliters Whipped cream
- 650 milliliters Chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 60 grams Processed cheese (cream)
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Dill
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Peel onions and cut into strips. Melt butter in a saucepan and saute onions, stirring, until soft, but colorless. Sprinkle with flour, saute for a few seconds and add wine, cream and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Peel garlic and squeeze into the soup, add cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Add dill and season soup with lemon juice, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour into bowls and serve.
