1 Tbsp thyme (chopped)
4 Tbsps lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Cucumber
4 Tbsps butter
thyme (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Season salmon cutlets with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Sprinkle with thyme and drizzle with olive oil. Let marinate about 20 minutes.

Peel cucumber, halve lengthwise and scrape out seeds with a spoon. Cut cucumber crosswise into thin slices and sprinkle with salt. Let stand about 10 minutes, then pat slices dry. In a pan, mix cucumber with hot, melted butter and simmer a few minutes.

Place salmon cutlets on a hot grill and cook 3-4 minutes per side.

Top salmon cutlets with remaining butter and divide among plates. Serve drained cucumbers on the side and garnish with thyme.
