- 5 Tomatoes
- 800 grams Pork (such as from the neck)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

Boil rice according to package directions. Scald tomatoes in hot water, plunge into ice water, peel skin, quarter and remove seeds. Cut into small cubes. Rinse meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel onions and garlic cloves. Cut onion into strips and dice garlic finely. Mix meat with oregano and thyme. Fry onion strips in hot oil for 2-3 minutes, add garlic and meat and cook together while stirring for about 6 minutes at medium temperature. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Add diced tomatoes into finished rice and serve.
