Preparation steps

1.

Peel the garlic and press into the olive oil in a bowl. Crush peppercorns in a mortar coarsely and mix with the oil, lemon juice and chili powder. Rinse the steaks, pat dry and brush with half of the seasoning oil. Put a stem of oregano on each piece of meat and wrap in foil. Marinate at least 2 hours in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.

2.

Cook potatoes in salted boiling water, peel and mix with the remaining oil. Season with salt.

3.

Preheat the grill. Grill potatoes for about 7 minutes on all sides on the grill grate (optionally, using in an aluminum grill pan). Unwrap steaks and remove the oregano. Grill steaks 3-4 minutes on each side and season with salt.

4.

Serve the pork steaks with potatoes and garnish with the fresh oregano.
