- 600 grams cooked potatoes
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 400 grams Broccoli
- salt
- vegetable oil (for the grill)
- 4 Pork each 150 grams (back)
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces. Cook in hot oil in a nonstick pan slowly for about 10 minutes with occasional browning. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the broccoli and place in a steamer. Lightly salt, cover and cook over hot steam for about 5 minutes.
3.
Rinse steaks, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Cook on an oiled grill (or grill pan) for 8-10 minutes on each side.
4.
Serve the steaks with potatoes and broccoli.
