- 4 Pork cutlets
- 4 little, green Hungarian wax peppers
- 3 fresh lemons
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Caper (for garnishing)
- scallions (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse peppers and pat dry. Rinse chops, pat dry and cook in a dry heavy pan or on grill for 4 minutes per side, turning occasionally. Remove chops from pan and add peppers to the pan (or grill). Rinse lemons and cut into slices, grill in a pan or on a grill on both sides.

Season chops with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little olive oil. Arrange peppers on plates, top with chops and lemon slices. Garnish with capers and chives and serve immediately.
3.
If desired, can be served with a mixed salad.
