3 fresh lemons
1 garlic clove
5 Tbsps olive oil
½ tsp Red pepper flakes
1 tsp honey
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chops and pat dry. Rinse lemons in hot water, wipe dry and halve. Squeeze juice from one lemon. Peel garlic and chop finely. Combine lemon juice, oil, red pepper and honey. Coat chops with the marinade and add remaining lemon halves. Refrigerate, covered, for about 2 hours.

Remove lemon halves and chops from marinade and place on hot grill. Grill for about 12 minutes, turning occasionally.

Add parsley to the marinade and season with salt. Brush meat with marinade. 

4.

Serve with fresh lemon for drizzling.
