2 Peaches
100 grams honey
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 sprig Lavender
500 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
100 grams Crème fraiche
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Heat a grill to medium. Rinse the peaches, pat dry, quarter and remove the pits. In a bowl, stir together the honey, lemon juice and lavender. Remove half and set aside. Toss the peaches with the honey mixture and grill until golden brown, 1-2 minutes per side.

Stir togehter the yogurt, crème fraîche and the reserved honey mixture until smooth and spoon onto plates. Top each with 2 peach slices.

3.

Serve garnished with mint.
