- 4 ripe Peaches
- 50 grams Marzipan
- 30 grams sliced almonds
- Maple syrup
- 100 grams slivered almonds
- cinnamon (to sprinkle)
- 250 grams Natural yogurt
- 2 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Rinse and pat dry the peaches, then cut in half and remove the pits. Combine the marzipan with the chopped almonds and spoon into the peach halves. Drizzle with maple syrup and place on a parchement paper-lined baking sheet.

Bake for about 10 minutes. Remove and let cool. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and cinnamon. Mix together the yogurt with the honey and pour into serving glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve sauce alongside the peaches.
