4 centiliters Orange liqueur
2 Tbsps honey
8 scoops Lemon ice cream
Lemon balm (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse, halve and remove the pit from the peaches. Place the cut surfaces face down on the oiled grill and cook for about 5 minutes. Turn the peaches over and grill another 5 minutes. Rinse the lime hot water, wipe dry it and finely grate the zest. Then squeeze the juice.

Mix the liqueur with honey and 2 tablespoons lime juice until smooth. Arrange the peaches on plates and top with the sauce. Place a scoop of lemon ice cream on each peach half and serve garnished with lime zest and lemon balm leaves.
