Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Peeler, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Large knife, 1 großer Pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 große Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Aluminum foil, 1 Paper towel, 1 kleine Ladle
Preparation steps
1.
Wash the peaches. Reserve one peach and skin the rest. To do this cut a cross in the skin of each peach, drop into boiling water for a few seconds then skin carefully with a knife. Then puree the peach flesh in a liquidiser or food processor. Halve the reserved peach, remove the stone and finely dice the flesh. Mix the yoghurt smoothly with the lemon juice, icing sugar and fruit puree and mix in the diced peach.
2.
Flavour with peach liqueur. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mixture.
3.
Transfer to a running ice cream maker and freeze for about 30 minutes. (Alternatively transfer to a metal bowl and freeze for 3-5 hours, stirring frequently at the beginning of this time. )
4.
Take scoops of ice cream with an ice cream server and serve in wafer cones.
