- 8 peeled shrimp (ready to cook)
- 4 Scallop (opened)
- 1 large, red Bell pepper
- Zucchini (1 small yellow and green)
- 8 green Asparagus (including the tips)
- ½ Pineapple
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the scallops in half crosswise.

Rinse the bell pepper, cut into quarters, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Rinse and trim the zucchini and cut into thick, bite-sized slices.
4.
Rinse the asparagus and pat dry.
5.
Peel the pineapple thoroughly and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the stalk and cut crosswise into bite-sized pieces.
6.
Thread the ingredients alternately onto wooden skewers.
7.
For the marinade, mix the lemon juice, olive oil and parsley. Crush the garlic into it and season with salt and pepper.
8.
Brush the kebabs with the marinade and cook on a hot grill for 5 - 7 minutes. Brush regularly with the marinade.
Serve immediately.
