- 4 Chicken wing
- 2 Millet flakes
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 shallots
- 1 Tbsp Red wine
- 5 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chicken, pat dry and place in a shallow dish. Peel the garlic and shallots and chop very finely. Pluck the rosemary needles and chop finely. Mix the garlic, shallots and rosemary with the remaining ingredients then pour over the chicken, cover and marinate for 1 hour, turning once.

Drain the chicken and grill with the rosemary until crispy, turning and brushing with the marinade often.
