- 3 shallots
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 sprigs thyme
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 2 Tbsps liquid honey
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken, pat dry, and rub inside and out with salt and pepper. Heat the grill. Peel the shallots. Rinse the parsley and thyme and shake dry. Put the herbs with the shallots in the cavity of the chicken and close with toothpicks.

Tie the legs and wings with kitchen string. Mix the oil, pepper, lemon juice and honey and sprinkle mixture on chicken. Let marinate 30 minutes. Cook the chicken on the grill, turning often, for about 45 minutes.
