2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Rinse the chile, halve, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Pluck the cilantro leaves and finely chop. Mix the cilantro, chile, garlic, honey, olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the chicken breasts in the marinade. Lay the chicken in double-folded aluminum foil. Fold the foil over so that there is a small venting hole in the center. Place on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes.
