1 tsp ground dried rosemary
1 tsp Thyme powder

Preparation steps

1.

Halve chiles, remove seeds and ribs and finely chop. Mix 6 tablespoons olive oil with ground rosemary, ground thyme, chile and lemon juice. Rub chicken pieces with salt, then drizzle with marinade and mix until chicken is coated.

2.

Let chicken marinate overnight. Before cooking, drain chicken pieces and place on a hot grill. Grill on all sides, repeatedly brushing with marinade.
