- 500 grams Goat cheese
- 1 red onion
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the tomatoes, remove the core, and cut into slices. Thinly slice the cheese. Peel, halve and julienne the onion.
2.
Layer the tomatoes and the cheese, then sprinkle with the onions. Drizzle with the oil and balsamic vinegar, season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve.
