- For the salad
- 100 grams mixed Lettuce
- 4 Cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams Cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 4 Radish
- 1 scallion
- 1 shallot
- 1 small Apple
- For the salad dressing
- 2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim and spin lettuce dry. Tear into bite-sized pieces.

Rinse and halve tomatoes. Rinse cucumber, peel if desired, halve lengthwise and cut into slices. Peel carrot and cut into thin sticks. Rinse and slice radishes. Rinse and trim scallion. Peel shallot. Cut both scallion and shallot into thin rings. Rinse apple thoroughly, cut into quarters, remove core and seeds and cut into small cubes.

For the salad dressing, whisk red wine and balsamic vinegars together. Whisk in mustard, season with salt and pepper and gradually whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
4.
Arrange salad ingredients on plates and drizzle with salad dressing.
