- 2 handfuls Watercress
- 1 handful Dill
- 20 grams Chives
- 1 garlic clove
- 150 grams acid Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- freshly ground peppers
- 150 grams shrimp (ready to cook)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the frisee lettuce and the watercress well, shake dry and tear into small pieces.
2.
For the dressing: Rinse the herbs and shake dry. Pluck off the dill and put aside some tops for garnish. Cut the chives into small rings. Peel garlic, squeeze and mix with the herbs, sour cream, lemon juice and 1 - 2 tablespoons water and season with salt, sugar and pepper.
3.
Arrange the salad with shrimp on plates, drizzle with the dressing over and serve garnished with dill.
