Green Salad with Nectarines and Sprouts
- For the dressing
- 3 tablespoons Corn oil
- 2 tablespoons Orange juice
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
Rinse the lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the nectarines, cut in half, remove the pit and slice the flesh.
For the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together the oil, orange and lime juice and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
Divide the salad and nectarines among 4 plates, drizzle with the dressing and serve garnished with sprouts.
