- 1 handful Fresh herbs (such as basil, chervil, mint)
- ½ Cucumber
- 2 Nectarine
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Raspberry vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- sugar

Preparation steps

Rinse, trim, and gently spin dry the lettuce. Rinse the herbs and pat dry. Rinse the cucumber and slice with a vegetable peeler lengthwise into slices. Rinse the nectarines, cut in half, remove the pits and cut into thin slices with the vegetable peeler. Mix the oil, vinegar and lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Arrange the salad decoratively with herbs, cucumber and nectarine slices in bowls and serve drizzled with the vinaigrette.
