1 Mango
100 grams Baby spinach
100 grams lamb's lettuce
2 fresh mint
250 milliliters Coconut milk
½ tsp Matcha tea powder
100 milliliters mineral water

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Mix with the lemon juice. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the core and roughly chop. Mix with the banana.

Rinse the spinach and mache thoroughly. Rinse the mint and pluck off the leaves. Put together with the fruit and vegetables in the blender and puree.

3.

Mix in the coconut milk, matcha and the mineral water. As required add more water to reach the desired consistency.

4.

Pour into popsicle molds and let freeze for about 2 hours. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for another 2 hours.
