200 grams Blue cheese (firm)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the green beans and cook in boiling, salted water for 8-10 minutes. Flash in ice water, then drain well. 

2.

Rinse, dry and halve the grapes. Remove the cheese from packaging and coarsely crumble. Mix the lemon juice with the oil and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Rinse the scallions and cut diagonally into narrow rings. Toss the beans and grapes in the vinaigrette, arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with cheese and scallions.
