Preparation steps

1.

Trim asparagus clean, cut off ends, put in boiling salted water with the butter and cook 10 minutes, remove, drain well and cut into large pieces. Rinse spinach thoroughly, drain well.

2.

Trim strawberries, rinse, cut in half. Cut mozzarella into slices. Combine lemon juice, vinegar and oil into a marinade, season with salt and pepper. Distribute all ingredients on plates and drizzle with marinade, seasoning with pepper.
