- 500 grams Green beans
- 500 grams Lima bean
- 100 grams Pancetta (sliced, or bacon)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 slices white bread
- olive oil (extra-virgin)
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the green and yellow beans, then blanch in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes. Drain well. Crumble the bread. Peel garlic and chop finely. Cut the pancetta into thin strips. Heat 4 tablespoons oil in a large pan and toast breadcrumbs until golden brown. Add garlic and pancetta and cook briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

Add beans to the pan and mix well. Heat pan over high heat for 1-2 minutes. Season beans with salt and pepper, then place on a plate and serve piping hot.
