Pasta with Green Beans and Bacon
- 500 grams Pappardelle noodles (Wide ribbon pasta)
- 1 can tomato puree
- 300 grams Green beans
- 150 grams Bacon (cut into thin strips)
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp dried Savory
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps Ketchup

Boil pappardelle in salted water until al dente. Rinse, trim, halve and boil green beans for about 10 minutes in salted water. Peel, halve and finely dice onion. Squeeze garlic through a garlic press.
Fry bacon in a pan, adding the onions and garlic. Sauté until translucent, then pour in tomato puree and savory. Stir well and simmer about 5-10 minutes. Strain beans and add to pan. Season with ketchup, cream, salt and pepper. Serve with pasta on plates.
