1/2 small red, yellow and green Bell pepper
1 Endive
1 head Lettuce (such as Lollo Bionda)
80 grams black Olives
1 sm can white Beans (400 grams)
150 grams Feta (feta)
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 Tbsps Vinegar
5 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the bell peppers, remove the seeds and cut into strips.

2.

Divide the lettuce leaves, rinse, trim, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.

3.

Divide the endive leaves.

4.

Drain the beans.

5.

Crumble the Feta cheese with a fork.

6.

Arrange the lettuce leaves, endive leaves and bell peppers decoratively on a plate and distribute the olives, beans and cheese over the top.

For the dressing mix the vinegar with the oil and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the salad drizzled with the dressing.
