Preparation steps

1.

Cook the potatoes in salted water and then peel them. Slice the potatoes many times, but don't cut right through.

Rinse, blanch and peel the tomatoes, cut into quarters and remove the seeds.

2.

Mix the tomatoes and potatoes in a bowl.

For the dressing, peel and crush the garlic and mix with the oil. Season with salt, pepper, basil and caraway and pour over the potatoes and tomatoes.

3.

Shower with olives and crumbled feta cheese and serve cold.
