1 Beet (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Rinse and dry beans, cut into smaller pieces and blanch in boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes. Drain well. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and saute beans briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

Season cod fillets with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place 4-5 pieces of butter on the bottom of baking dish and place fish on top. Top with beans and beets and sprinkle with dill. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately.
