- Red pepper flakes
- Sea salt
- Basil

Preparation steps

Peel the grapefruit, halve and slice.

Slice the Parmesan and spread it on the grapefruit slices. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chili flakes and sea salt. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
