200 grams Ricotta cheese
200 grams cream cheese
2 Grape leaves
1 Tbsp rosemary
1 Tbsp scallions
Edible flowers (such as borage, chives and garlic flowers)

Preparation steps

1.

Line a small circular sieve with cheesecloth, add the ricotta and press out any excess liquid.

2.

Place the drained ricotta and the cream cheese into seperate small bowls (about 8 to 10 cm (approximately 3 to 4 inches)), and then unmold each onto a grape leaf.

3.

Garnish with the rosemary, chives and edible flowers. To be served for a snack with fresh country bread.
