- 2 cups water
- Ice
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- ⅔ cup Mango puree (according to taste)
- 1 dash Rose water
- 1 pinch ground Cardamom (according to taste)
- In addition
- 1 Tbsp fresh mint (finely chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix, saving 100 g (3 1/2 oz) of yoghurt for the top. Season to taste with cardamom. Pour into four glasses and spoon the rest of the yoghurt over the top. Garnish with some chopped mint leaves and serve.
